Privacy policy

Last updated: May 27, 2026. This page describes the baseline data practices for the SaaS product.

Data we process

We process merchant account data, site configuration, knowledge base content, chat messages, visitor metadata, captured leads, integration status, and billing identifiers needed to operate the service.

How data is used

Data is used to answer customer questions, route conversations to human agents, improve merchant configuration, provide reporting, prevent abuse, and support billing and security operations.

AI and knowledge sources

The assistant should answer from merchant-approved knowledge sources. Merchants are responsible for removing sensitive content they do not want used in support answers.

Third-party services

The product may use AI providers, hosting providers, email providers, OAuth providers, ecommerce platforms, social messaging APIs, analytics, and Stripe for payments.

Retention and deletion

Merchants should be able to delete sites, knowledge sources, conversations, leads, and account data subject to legal, security, and billing retention requirements.

Production note

Before launch, this policy should be reviewed by counsel and adapted for GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, DPA, subprocessor, cookie consent, and cross-border transfer requirements.
