Repliox AI ("we", "us", or "our") operates an AI pet image generation service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information when you use our service.

By using the service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

Account information: your email address used for sign-in and authentication, and records related to email verification codes.

Uploads and generated content: reference images you upload, text prompts (if any), style and model settings, and the result images we generate for you.

Usage and transaction data: conversation and task history, credit balance and usage, free-quota usage, and information related to subscriptions and credit-pack purchases.

Technical information: basic logs such as browser type, device type, IP address, and access times, collected to keep the service reliable and secure.

We use this information to create and maintain your account; generate, edit, and display AI images at your request; process subscription and credit payments; send login verification codes and essential service notices; and improve the product, troubleshoot issues, and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising.

To generate images, your prompts, style settings, and reference images may be sent to third-party AI model and compute providers we use.

This processing is only for fulfilling your generation requests. We require providers to apply reasonable security and confidentiality measures. Do not upload content you are uncomfortable having processed.

Images and related files are primarily stored on secure cloud object storage. Account and task records are kept in our application databases.

We retain data while your account is active, or as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account and related data; we will process requests within a reasonable time, except where law requires longer retention.

We share information only as needed to operate the service, for example with email delivery, payment processing, cloud storage, AI image generation, and infrastructure providers.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of Repliox AI or our users. In a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, user data may be transferred as part of the transaction and remain protected under this Policy or an equivalent policy.

We use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences (such as theme, sidebar, and model choice), and ensure features work correctly.

You can manage or clear these data in your browser settings. Disabling necessary storage may prevent some features, such as staying signed in.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and least-privilege practices.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. If a security incident that may significantly affect your rights occurs, we will notify you as required by law and take remediation steps.

The service is not directed to children under 13 (or a higher age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe we may have collected a child's information, contact us and we will review and delete it promptly where appropriate.
