These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Repliox AI ("we", "us", or "our"), including our website and AI pet image generation service (the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Repliox AI provides AI-powered tools to generate and edit pet-focused images from user prompts, style settings, and optional reference photos.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet your expectations.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for the prompts, images, and other content you submit or generate.

Content standards — the following six categories of content are strictly prohibited when requesting, creating, uploading, sharing, or distributing via the Service:

(1) Sexual / NSFW content: pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive material of any kind, including nudity, erotic material, or sexualized depictions of people or animals.

(2) Child sexual exploitation: any content that exploits, sexualizes, or depicts minors (anyone under 18) in a sexual, abusive, or exploitative context.

(3) Violence and gore: graphic violence, extreme gore, torture, or content that glorifies real-world violence or terrorism.

(4) Hate and harassment: hate speech, discriminatory attacks, harassment, bullying, or content that promotes violent extremism.

(5) Illegal activity: content that facilitates fraud, scams, trafficking, or other criminal activity; non-consensual intimate imagery; deepfakes or face-swap content used to harm or deceive.

(6) Copyright and trademark infringement: content that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights — including generating or distributing unauthorized copies of protected works, brand logos, or trademarked characters without authorization.

You may not attempt to bypass our safety filters or content moderation systems.

Moderation and enforcement: We use automated content moderation on prompts before generation and may review reported or flagged content. We may refuse, block, or remove violating content, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, without refund where permitted by law.

Reporting violations: If you encounter content or behavior that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it by email to support@repliox.chat with relevant details (such as URLs, screenshots, account identifiers, or prompt text). We review reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal and account suspension or termination.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Notify us promptly at support@repliox.chat if you suspect unauthorized access.

Paid plans, credit packs, and free quotas are described on our Pricing page. Credits and free generations are consumed when you run generation tasks, subject to the plan rules then in effect.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us. Chargebacks submitted in bad faith may result in account suspension.

We and our licensors own the Service, branding, and underlying software. You retain rights in content you upload, subject to the license needed for us to operate the Service.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use images generated for you through a paid plan for personal or commercial purposes. Free-tier outputs are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless we state otherwise. You must not claim that generated images were created by a human artist without disclosure where required.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repliox AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, including the Acceptable Use Policy, or if we reasonably believe your use creates legal, safety, or payment risk.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
